AnyLogic Professional and AnyLogic University Researcher editions support 3 development perspectives, Model, Debug, and Git.
A perspective defines the set and layout of views in the AnyLogic workspace. A perspective provides a set of functionality aimed at accomplishing a specific type of task. One perspective is displayed at a time.
Model perspective
The Model perspective is displayed by default. This perspective consists of views for constructing a model (Projects, Palette, Properties, Problems, and so on) as well as editors for working with agents and Java classes.
Debug perspective
The Debug perspective is intended for debugging your models and includes the specific views: Debug, Breakpoints, Variables, Expressions.
Git perspective
In the Git perspective, you can manage your Git repository connection, create and clone repositories, synchronize with them, and stage changes. To learn more about Git in AnyLogic, see the corresponding section of the documentation.
To reset a perspective
- Select Tools > Reset Perspective from the AnyLogic menu. This option will reset all views of the currently selected perspective to their default state.
- Confirm that you want to reset the perspective to its defaults.
