Because some markup shapes can consist of multiple primitive markup elements, and because all markup shapes make up one level (or multiple levels), it is important to understand how to select markup shapes to edit them in the graphical editor.
The following describes one typical scenario for selecting specific markup shapes by clicking them.
- If a markup element consists of multiple shapes (service with lines, service with area, and so on), clicking it selects the complex markup element itself:

The second click selects only the shape that you have clicked.
Alternatively, you can Alt + click (macOS: Option + click) the shape to select it immediately and skip selecting the complex element: -
